Overview
The Cat 336 Next Gen is Caterpillar's high-production 36-tonne hydraulic excavator, delivering up to 25% better fuel efficiency than its predecessor while increasing throughput. It features the Cat C9.3B engine (231 kW), fully integrated Cat Grade with Advanced 2D/3D ready, and a pressurized ergonomic cab with 10-inch touchscreen. The 336 is equally at home in mass-excavation, truck-loading, and heavy-lift applications. Smart Mode automatically manages engine speed and hydraulic flow for optimal efficiency regardless of load.
